Location: Greater London

At Kinbrook Group, we are a fast-growing, PE-backed professional services platform operating across the financial and accounting sector. As part of an ambitious buy-and-build strategy, we are acquiring and integrating firms to drive scale, operational efficiency, and enhanced service delivery.

We’re now looking for a Transformation Project Manager who wants to play a leading role in delivering high-impact change across the Group and shaping how we scale for the future.

This is a standout opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consulting-style environment and wants real ownership of strategic and operational transformation, including M&A, technology-enabled change and cross-functional delivery.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of the organisation’s transformation function, working across business units to deliver a portfolio of strategic initiatives that directly contribute to performance, scalability and long-term value creation.

You’ll lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation projects while also helping to strengthen governance, structure and discipline across the wider portfolio. This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the Group.

You’ll be joining a high-performing team where pace, accountability and delivery excellence are central to success.

Key areas of focus include:
  • End-to-end delivery of strategic transformation and operational change initiatives
  • Supporting M&A integration activity and value realisation programmes
  • Technology-enabled transformation, including AI and automation initiatives
  • Cross-functional stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
  • Building structure, visibility and control across the transformation portfolio (PMO discipline)
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading transformation projects from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation
  • Defining scope, objectives, success measures and delivery plans aligned to business priorities
  • Building and managing detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies and RAID logs
  • Driving day-to-day execution, ensuring momentum, clarity and accountability across work streams
  • Coordinating senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment across functions and leadership levels
  • Identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies with a proactive delivery mindset
  • Supporting business case development, tracking ROI and ensuring delivery against value targets
  • Establishing and maintaining strong PMO standards, reporting and governance structures
  • Managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, evolving transformation environment
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years’ experience in consulting, transformation, PMO or technology delivery roles
  • Proven ability to lead projects or work streams end-to-end in complex environments
  • Strong structured thinking with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear delivery plans
  • Confident stakeholder manager, including experience working with senior leaders
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce clear, high-quality outputs
  • Experience working with technology teams and external vendors to drive delivery
  • Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management and reporting frameworks
  • Exposure to process improvement, transformation, AI or automation initiatives
  • Advanced MS Office skills and experience with PMO tools (e.g. Smartsheet)
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to link delivery activity to business outcomes
Why This Role Stands Out
  • High-impact role at the centre of a growing transformation function
  • Exposure to M&A, technology and enterprise-wide change programmes
  • Clear opportunity to shape PMO standards and ways of working
  • Direct access to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
  • Strong platform for career progression in a rapidly scaling organisation
  • A collaborative, high-accountability environment where delivery really matters
