Senior Data & Analytics Consultant

Their Data and Analytics function sits within a broader core services team and partners closely with consultants across the business to deliver impactful client solutions. The team operates across the UK and Europe and blends technical specialists with consulting professionals, creating a collaborative and intellectually rigorous environment.

You will work across diverse client engagements, translating data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering end-to-end analytics on client projects, from data exploration through to visualisation and insight delivery
• Building dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
• Using SQL or Python to manipulate and analyse structured and unstructured datasets
• Developing clear, compelling narratives to explain what the data shows and why it matters
• Supporting ad hoc commercial analysis across sectors such as retail and education
• Contributing to projects such as location strategy modelling and market demand analysis
• Collaborating with consulting teams and stakeholders to embed analytics into broader strategic recommendations

• Strong commercial experience in data analytics, ideally within consulting or a similarly fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
• Solid academic background in a quantitative or STEM-related discipline
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
