We’re looking for talented Azure Engineers to join a growing IT operations and delivery team. This is a permanent opportunity for passionate IT professionals whether junior or senior level who thrive on improving systems, enhancing infrastructure, and delivering high-quality support in a collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for supporting Microsoft Server environments, Azure infrastructure, and virtualization solutions across multiple sites, while contributing to system optimization and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1st‑2nd line (and some 3rd line) technical support across multiple sites.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Server, Office 365, Azure, and virtualization platforms.
- Build, migrate, and support Azure and Hyper‑V environments.
- Manage AD, Intune, O365, Exchange, and Azure Infrastructure.
- Support Azure SaaS applications and Azure Stack HCI deployments.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across various locations, maintaining strong communication and documentation standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline systems and processes.
- Provide on‑site support when required (travel between offices).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
- Strong hands‑on skills in Microsoft Server admin, Azure, and Office 365.
- Expertise in Hyper‑V, Azure Stack HCI, and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of Azure networking, Azure Defender, Azure Policy, and SQL managed instances.
- Experience with Dell backup and replication, Dell storage, and VDI solutions is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
- Genuine passion for IT support, innovation, and system improvement.
- A‑level or GCSE IT qualifications (Grades A‑C).
- Familiarity with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), SaaS apps, and data warehousing.
- Previous exposure to VMware.
