Linux Systems Administrator

• Managing and optimising Linux servers across production and internal environments
• Troubleshooting system, network, and performance issues with confidence and clarity
• Automating operational tasks and improving reliability through scripting and tooling
• Supporting deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes across a modern infrastructure stack
• Working closely with engineering teams to enhance system stability, scalability, and security
• Maintaining documentation, refining processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong hands‑on experience with Linux systems administration (any major distro)
• Solid command‑line skills and comfort working deep in the OS
• Experience with automation or scripting (bash, shell, Python, or similar)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance‑tuning tools
• A proactive mindset — someone who spots issues early and enjoys making systems better
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical teams
