CRMSystems & Integration Manager (12 Month Maternity Cover – possibility of extension) Central London (5 days a week)
My client, a luxury retailer, are seeking an experienced CRM Systems and Integration Manager to support and optimise their CRM ecosystem, ensuring seamless customer journeys across sales, marketing, digital, and retail touchpoints.
Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will be responsible for CRM architecture, data integrity, system integrations, automation, reporting, and technical troubleshooting. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams, you will build scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Manage CRM configuration, workflows, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Ensure seamless data flow across CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce, and sales platforms.
- Maintain data quality, governance, GDPR compliance, and automated cleansing processes.
- Develop audience segmentation, lifecycle automations, and campaign triggers.
- Build dashboards and reporting to measure performance and ROI.
- Troubleshoot system issues, integrations, and data sync errors.
- Support sales teams with actionable customer insights and pipeline optimisation.
- 3–5 years' experience in CRM operations, systems administration, marketing technology, or related roles.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with proficiency in SQL and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Sage, Klaviyo, Shopify, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of CRM integrations, data architecture, and automation.
- Proven experience managing system audits, migrations, or complex technical projects.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about building scalable, data-driven solutions.
