Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Leadership & Delivery
    • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Service Now transformation initiatives, including:
      • Planning and governance
      • Delivery execution
      • Risk and dependency management
      • Budget and resource control
    • Manage complex migration programmes across multiple IT and operational domains
  • Service Now Transformation & Migration
    • Oversee migration and transformation activities across:
      • Software Asset Management (SAM)
      • Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
      • Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
      • Patch Management
      • Cloud Workflows
      • End-to-End process integration
    • Drive standardisation and optimisation of legacy processes using native Service Now capabilities and best practices
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
    • Collaborate with:
      • IT Operations teams
      • Asset Management and Risk teams
      • Infrastructure and Cloud Operations
      • Business stakeholders and delivery partners
    • Manage relationships with Service Now and third-party vendors
  • Change Management & Adoption
    • Lead organisational change initiatives, including:
      • Communication and engagement plans
      • Training and adoption strategies
      • Operational readiness activities
    • Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new Service Now-based processes
  • Governance, Compliance & Quality Assurance
    • Ensure all solutions align with:
      • Enterprise governance standards
      • Regulatory and audit requirements
      • Data integrity and compliance controls
    • Oversee:
      • UAT and integration testing
      • Performance and migration validation
      • Defect management and resolution
Key Skills
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering complex IT transformation programmes
  • Strong experience leading:
    • Service Now implementation and migration programmes
    • Enterprise ITSM transformation initiatives
  • Deep understanding of:
    • ITIL processes and service management frameworks
    • Service Now platform capabilities
  • Experience across:
    • ITSM
    • SAM
    • HAM
    • IRM / GRC
    • Cloud workflow environments
  • Proven ability to manage:
    • Large-scale migration programmes
    • Cross-functional delivery teams
    • Complex dependencies and governance requirements
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
