ASAP start initial 6mth contract working on a DUA programme, hybrid working, £600-700pd outside IR35

This is a business change and process-focused BA position, sitting at the heart of a complex DA programme. You'll work closely with operational teams, coverholders, and senior stakeholders to capture and shape requirements, redesign processes and ensure that programme deliverables land successfully into business as usual. You'll need enough understanding of DA technology platforms — such as Whitespace, VIPR, DDM, etc to act as an effective bridge between business users and IT delivery teams, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and operationally fit for purpose.

• Leading stakeholder engagement across cover holder to define and validate DA business requirements
• Mapping and redesigning DA lifecycle processes including binding, bordereaux management, claims handling and reporting
• Translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for IT and delivery teams
• Producing high-quality process flows, use case diagrams and wireframes to bring requirements to life

• Proven BA experience within Lloyd's, London Market or a DA-focused environment
• Strong working knowledge of DA operations — coverholders, bordereaux processing, etc
• Solid exposure with DA technology platforms (Whitespace, VIPR, DDM or equivalent)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels — from operational teams to programme sponsors
• A structured, analytical mindset with strong visual communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel and Power Point
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities across a multi-workstream programme
