I’m supporting a major digital transformation programme looking for an Agentforce Business Analyst with strong Salesforce and AI-driven customer journey experience to support the optimisation of conversational platforms and customer engagement services.
What we’re looking forThe right Agentforce Business Analyst should have:
- Experience working with Salesforce (Service Cloud / Agentforce preferred)
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder engagement
- Experience analysing customer journeys, conversational data and operational performance
- Understanding of AI-driven solutions, digital engagement platforms or conversational tools
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Immediate start
- Up to £660 p/d
- Inside IR35
- Occasional Travel
