We are looking for a Marketo Consultant with strong hands‑on development capability to support delivery across the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and wider Mar Tech stack. This role combines functional consulting, hands‑on build, and user enablement. You will help design and run marketing automation processes while also building campaigns, assets, and integrations. You will also support train‑the‑trainer and adoption activities to ensure long‑term platform success.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and support Marketo aligned to campaign and marketing use cases
- Design and optimise lead lifecycle, scoring, segmentation, and campaign frameworks
- Build Marketo assets (programmes, smart campaigns, emails, landing pages, forms)
- Support integrations with CRM, CDP/AEP, and digital channels
- Troubleshoot issues, perform QA, and support release
- Deliver user enablement, training materials, and train‑the‑trainer sessions
- Support UAT, adoption, and ongoing platform optimisation
- Hands‑on experience with Marketo (build + configuration)
- Experience with campaigns, lifecycle, segmentation, and automation workflows
- Ability to translate business requirements into executable Marketo solutions
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, QA, and governance
- Good stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or broader Adobe stack
- Experience integrating with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Basic HTML/CSS for email/landing pages
- Understanding of APIs and data flows in Mar Tech environments
- 3–6 years’ experience in marketing automation/mindset
- Able to work across both functional and technical aspects
- Confident delivering training and supporting adoption
