Senior Agency Development Manager, EMEA, Agency Development, Amazon Ads

Amazon Ads is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers and agencies. Our full funnel ad solutions—including display, video, audio and custom ads—leverage Amazon's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, managed service, and programmatic ad buying, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more.

We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including advertising. If you're interested in joining a rapidly growing team working to build a unique, world-class advertising group with a relentless focus on the customer, you've come to the right place.

Agency Development Managers (ADM) are single threaded owners responsible for relationships with our largest agency customers. They own the Amazon/Agency Hold Co relationship at the most senior level. ADMs are tasked with accelerating Amazon Ads revenue, increasing Amazon Ads tool adoption and increasing penetration of the total advertiser universe in each agency. Candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced at operating at all levels, strategic thinkers, and able to earn the trust of partners across Amazon and our agency clients.

Candidates must make data-driven decisions, set and achieve ambitious goals, and have the ability to think big. In addition, candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify for customers.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Develop new, senior agency relationships from scratch, in order to build structured and broad plans to develop agency partner business across ecommerce, entertainment and ad tech products.
  • Work with partners to drive adoption of Amazon DSP.

  • Report on program and project progress and status consistently and in a transparent way.
  • Work across multiple resources and orchestrate multiple activities at once to get things done.
  • Identify opportunities for agency collaboration around large-scale creative solutions.
  • Create scalable revenue driving mechanisms across EU5 for London based EMEA agency hubs.
