About the role....
As the Cross-Channel Performance Director you will help shape how digital media delivers real, measurable impact for H&M across Central Europe. This is a role for someone who knows how to connect the dots — across channels, markets and stakeholders — and turn performance data into smart, confident decisions. You’ll be right at the centre of it all: influencing strategy, partnering closely with senior clients, and raising the bar for how performance is delivered you enjoy owning outcomes and seeing your work land with impact, this is where you’ll do it.
ResponsibilitiesAbout the work....
- Own cross-channel performance output, working closely with specialists to ensure campaigns deliver against clear commercial goals
- Shape how investment moves across channels, using data to guide budget allocation and unlock stronger returns
- Partner with the Global Cross-Channel Performance Lead to embed smarter, more consistent ways of working
- Lead conversations with senior stakeholders, translating performance into sharp, actionable narratives
- Stay close to campaign delivery, spotting optimisation opportunities early and driving them forward
- Build trusted relationships with regional clients, becoming a go‑to voice on performance strategy
- Bring regional nuance into everything you do — adapting approaches to fit the realities of Central European markets
- Strong grounding in digital performance channels, especially Paid Social and Paid Search (with Programmatic experience as a plus)
- A track record of scaling campaigns across markets for retail or globally recognised brands
- Confidence working with data — able to interrogate performance and turn insights into clear direction
- Solid understanding of attribution and how it impacts decision‑making (experience with regression‑based models is beneficial)
- Experience navigating multi‑market complexity and adapting strategy accordingly
- Natural relationship builder, comfortable working closely with clients and senior stakeholders
- Curious and proactive mindset — someone who challenges, tests, and looks for smarter ways to drive performance
