About the role
As a Service Now Business Analyst at Kumoco, you will work on large-scale Service Now transformation programmes for global enterprises. This is a key, customer-centric role: conceptualising technology and process change that delivers real outcomes, accelerated by Snow Coder, our AI for Service Now.
Key responsibilities- Manage and define business requirements for Service Now and AI initiatives.
- Guide and define the processes behind digital and AI-led change on the Service Now AI Platform.
- Write clear, well-formed user stories that survive contact with delivery - enabling shift-left, full-scope go-lives.
- Partner with stakeholders, developers and project managers to deliver a great experience for clients and their users.
- Help clients adopt Now Assist, AI agents and Snow Coder where they add the most value.
- Business analysis experience on enterprise software programmes - Service Now experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent requirements, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working on complex, fast-moving, customer-facing programmes.
- Interest in AI and how it reshapes enterprise delivery.
