  • Direct delivery through embedded AI Product Managers

We are seeking a Product Manager to be embedded within our Private Credit investing team, responsible for identifying, prototyping, and delivering AI-enabled solutions across core investment workflows.

  • Lead rapid prototyping and validation of AI solutions, iterating based on user feedback
  • Define development-ready requirements for Engineering, including business objectives, data inputs, and expected outputs
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to transition prototypes into production solutions
  • Drive adoption by embedding AI capabilities directly into investment workflows and supporting training and change management
  • Ensure alignment with broader platform architecture and data strategy while prioritizing speed to value
  • Continuously evolve AI solutions in partnership with investment teams based on feedback and outcomes

  • Experience applying AI/ML or data-driven solutions within financial or investment workflows
  • Ability to translate investment problems into AI-enabled product opportunities
  • Experience leading rapid prototyping and delivering solutions in ambiguous environments
  • Strong ability to operate within front office teams and drive adoption of new capabilities
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with ability to evaluate trade-offs and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working closely with Engineering and Data teams to deliver production solutions
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., LLM-based solutions, workflow automation, data platforms)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
