Delivery Service Partners Pricing Manager, International DSP

At Amazon, we are committed to delivering packages quickly and accurately worldwide. The EU Central DSP Management team optimizes relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across Europe. This role leads strategic programs that shape how DSPs and drivers are compensated across our European network.

This role can be based in any of Amazon’s HQ offices within the EU (London, Munich, Madrid, Luxembourg).

Core responsibilities

Lead strategic programs that drive the DSP payments initiative and reshape compensation practices across Europe.
Develop processes and mechanisms to address current shortcomings and enable scalable growth.
Conduct root‑cause analyses to assess the financial health of delivery partners and build scalable analytical solutions.
Report to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Basic Qualifications

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience in program or project management.
Master’s degree.
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, logical formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading process improvements.
Experience designing, developing, and implementing new business processes or programs.
Knowledge of GenAI and dashboard development.
