Lab Transformation Manager​/Senior Manager

As a member of the Lab Transformation team, you will work with cutting‑edge technologies and leading organizations across industry and government.

• Lead and mentor team members and fellow leaders
• Shape thought leadership to strengthen brand and industry presence
• Define strategic vision across people, process, technology, and data
• Oversee delivery of complex client engagements and build strong, lasting client relationships
• Manage risk, quality, and client satisfaction
• Ensure accountability for client outcomes and contractual commitments
• Articulate clear value propositions and business case
• Extensive experience in a consulting environment
• Demonstrated expertise in Lab Informatics
• Demonstrated experience in transformation
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations
