Echo Sourcing is investing in advanced AI image and video capability to support our design and sourcing work. We're looking for a freelance AI Image and Video Specialist to join the team.

The work

• Comfy
  
  UI image generation: building and maintaining workflows that produce buyer‑grade output
• Avatar library: curating and training LoRA models for an internal avatar collection
• Image-to-video generation: tuning pipelines that turn approved stills into short, catwalk‑style clips
• Recolour quality: making sure recoloured designs read as true colourways

What you'd need to bring

• Deep Comfy
  
  UI expertise, including workflow design and deploying workflows as a callable service
• LoRA and diffusion‑model training (Flux or equivalent), with a strong eye for fashion image quality
• Prompt and parameter engineering for consistent, brand‑coherent output
• Comfortable working to an ethical‑AI and rights‑clean standard (we use internally curated images, no real‑person likeness)
