Location: Canary Wharf, London or at a commutable distance

Salary: £110,000 - £120,000 Gross/a DOE + 15%-20% bonus depending of seniority + amazing benefits package

We are seeking a Senior Industry Principal – SAP (IPCON) to play a key leadership role within our European SAP Practice
. This is a high-impact position for an experienced SAP leader with deep S/4

HANA Finance expertise and a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs.

You will define SAP transformation strategies, advise C-level stakeholders, architect end-to-end solutions, and drive delivery excellence across SAP S/4

HANA initiatives - particularly within finance-led and services-industry transformations.

• Lead and shape SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation vision for enterprise clients
• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and CXOs
  , driving business value through SAP
• Architect and govern end-to-end SAP Finance solutions
• Lead large-scale SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud programs
• Ensure delivery excellence, quality, and risk management across engagements
• Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, mentoring, and pre-sales support

• Hands‑on leadership experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud – Finance implementations
• Strong background in the Services Industry
• Solid understanding of:
• General Ledger, fiscal year variants, period‑end close
• Consolidation, statutory reporting, and localization
• Intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliation
• Cash management, bank integration, and multi‑bank connectivity
• Time & Expense management systems
• Revenue Recognition processes

• Knowledge of Three-System Landscape (3SL) and parallel landscapes
• Integration experience with systems such as CRM, Concur, Time Entry, and Data Warehouses
• Exposure to e‑invoicing / e‑billing solutions
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proven leadership with high initiative and adaptability
• Strong quality and delivery orientation
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executive stakeholders
