The Francis Crick Institute is seeking a full-time ITO Support/Service Desk Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for over 3,000 users. You will troubleshoot across macOS, Windows, and Linux, leading onboarding and technical training events.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and experience in IT helpdesk environments. The position offers a competitive salary of circa £32,000 and a range of benefits, including generous leave and a pension scheme.
