We are expanding our capability and are looking for a CCTV Field Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full‑time, permanent position that includes out‑of‑office hours and extensive UK‑wide travel.
Role SummaryThe successful candidate will hold a Full UK Driving Licence and will play a critical role in our operations team, ensuring the hardware required for our traffic enforcement and management products is delivered and maintained in a timely, successful and safe manner.
What you will be doing- Work with the Head of Service Management, PMO Manager and Technical Manager, and wider service delivery team to address recurring technical issues, and identify and implement training or documentation requirements.
- System commissioning – collaborate with engineering partners to install at client sites, ensuring systems are delivered as specified. Oversee the activities of engineering partners and sub‑contractors during on‑site installation and assembly.
- Software configuration – adjust system settings “at the pole” to maximise delivery efficiency and optimise solutions in situ.
- System support – assist the helpdesk team, conduct system checks and respond to system‑generated alerts or client issues to troubleshoot and maintain maximum system uptime, including on‑site hardware replacements when required.
- At least two years’ experience in a field technical role, ideally with an enforcement/CCTV/ANPR system provider.
- A solid understanding of Networking/IP.
- A good working knowledge of hardware components (PCs, cameras, wireless, etc.) and networking devices.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Competitive annual leave entitlement.

- 37.5 hours per week.
- Salary of £45,000 plus use of a company vehicle.
