Product Onboarding Admin Assistant

Location: Head Office, Chelsea House, West London
The Product Onboarding Admin Assistant is responsible for the accurate and timely setup, optimisation, and maintenance of product listings across all third‑party e‑commerce partner platforms. This role ensures products are uploaded in line with partner requirements, fully enriched for search visibility, and launched on time to support trading performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end product onboarding for all third‑party e‑commerce partners
- Ensure product data (titles, descriptions, pricing, imagery, attributes, SKUs) is accurate, complete, and uploaded on time
- Optimise product listings for search and discoverability, including keyword‑rich titles, descriptions, and attribute completion
- Maintain and update product information across internal systems and partner platforms
- Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, and E‑commerce teams to gather and validate product details
- Track onboarding timelines to ensure all product launches meet deadlines
- Monitor product listings across partner sites, identifying and resolving any errors or inconsistencies
- Own and manage product upload trackers, ensuring clear visibility of progress and risks
- Support partner‑specific requirements, including data formatting, SEO guidelines, and content standards
- Assist with seasonal launches, trading updates, and product changes (cancellations, replacements)
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and conversion through data quality and optimisation
- Continuously review and improve onboarding processes to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Strong administrative and data management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of e‑commerce product setup and SEO principles
- Confident working with large data sets (Excel proficiency essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with e‑commerce platforms, PIM systems, or marketplaces preferred
