Process Analytics Factory - PAFnow by Celonis is looking for a Client Value Partner (Pharmaceuticals) to spearhead data-driven business transformation for strategic customers in the Pharmaceuticals industry. You will engage with C-Level executives and lead cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction, driving measurable business impact through Celonis' process intelligence technology.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in customer success or strategy consulting, along with a strong background in leading transformation programs and change management practices.
