Business Analyst – Facilities Management | Fixed Term Contract | London £70k
We're recruiting a Business Analyst with a strong FM background to join a leading property services organisation on a fixed term basis. This is a key role supporting Facilities Management operations, business transformation, and the implementation of a major IWMS/CAFM platform (Planon).
The Role:You’ll work closely with operational teams, digital colleagues, and third‑party suppliers to translate business needs into practical solutions. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process design, stakeholder management, and supporting system implementation and UAT across FM work streams.
Key Responsibilities:- Capture and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across operational, technical, and leadership levels.
- Develop as-is and to-be process maps using BPMN (Visio/Bizz Design.)
- Support Planon configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Liaise between business teams and technical/vendor partners.
- Support UAT, defect triage, and business readiness activities.
- Contribute to backlog refinement and agile delivery.
- Proven BA experience within Facilities Management or property environments.
- Practical knowledge of FM processes — reactive/planned maintenance, work orders, asset management, service performance.
- Experience on system implementation or transformation programmes, ideally involving Planon or similar IWMS/CAFM platforms.
- Strong process modelling skills and proficiency with BPMN tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
