NHS is looking for an ICT Operations Technical Engineer responsible for managing the daily workload of the technical teams and providing support for hardware and software issues. An excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory is essential.
The ideal candidate will manage incident queues, take part in service improvement projects, and train junior members of the team. Qualifications include recognised IT certifications and a degree in a relevant field.
