Location: Greater London
Alta Ares is seeking a Defense Sales Lead to spearhead commercial expansion across the UK. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in defense sales, strong relationships with MODs and procurement agencies, and a solid understanding of defense procurement cycles.
The role includes owning the sales pipeline, leading contract negotiations, and converting tactical demos into scalable contracts. Bilingual skills are preferred, with a strong emphasis on building trust with military users.
