Head of compliance

We are building a digital asset infrastructure platform which will revolutionise regulated systems for tokenised RWA institutional securities. Plans to expand into EU and US markets we are hiring Head of compliance to lead our licencing and regulatory roadmap, achieving FCA authorisation along with our ongoing Policy framework, risk and governance and regulatory ownership. We wish to seek MiCA, MiFID and other crypto and cross-border frameworks to assist our expansion across the EU & US.

Recent familiarity of tokenised assets and blockchain technology ideally experience helping a start-up / scale with their approach to KYC / KYB and localised authority frameworks and a strong Trad Fi background is also essential. As we scale you will play an integral role in the growth of the business whilst leading our relationships with regulatory groups and policy makers as we look to carve our reputation as the best digital assets infrastructure on the market for DeFi & Trad Fi tokenised trading.
