Location: Greater London
Montash is looking for an experienced UX Designer to shape the customer experience for an AI-powered payment platform in the utility sector. This is a hybrid role requiring at least two office days in London per week. The successful candidate will work closely with product and tech leads and will take ownership of critical customer interactions, ensuring compliance with FCA Consumer Duty.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in regulated digital products and experience with designed journeys that accommodate financially vulnerable users. Experience with service design and Agile methodologies is also essential.
