, and investing in permanent hires who can shape how teams operate, not just keep things ticking.

You’ll take ownership of delivery across 3–4 engineering squads
, playing a key role in a wider re-org and ways of working transformation
.

This is a hands‑on delivery leadership role
, focused on bringing structure, clarity, and predictability into a complex, multi‑team environment.

• Owning end-to-end delivery across multiple squads
• Driving improvements to ways of working and delivery discipline
• Managing cross‑team dependencies and alignment at scale
• Embedding predictable delivery practices and realistic forecasting
• Partnering closely with Engineering and Product on technical delivery
• Supporting teams through change, re‑org and transformation
• Bringing clarity to stakeholders around progress, risks and delivery confidence

• Must have a strong understanding of architecture/engineering principles and be able to demonstrate this in your most recent roles.
• Proven Agile Delivery Manager / Delivery Lead background
• Experience across multiple squads (3+) in complex environments
• Strong track record improving ways of working, not just running ceremonies
• Comfortable in technical environments (cloud, APIs, microservices, CI/CD)
• Experience managing dependencies across teams and functions
• Able to operate autonomously and bring structure quickly
