You will

  • Lead resilience‑focused consulting engagements across the EMEA region
    , supporting customers in strengthening their security and operational resilience.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in resilience solutions within the Security & Resilience Consulting Practice, including:
    • Leading and managing large, complex customer engagements.
    • Delivering technical and executive‑level resilience workshops.
    • Interpreting, managing, and delivering against complex Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Provide thought leadership on industry best practices
    , helping customers align resilience strategies with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain full lifecycle ownership of resilience solutions
    , from requirements gathering and validation through solution design, implementation, and delivery.
  • Plan and execute implementations and forward‑looking resilience strategies
    , including pre‑sales support, advisory consulting, design workshops, implementation, customization, integration, and customer enablement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from initial consultation to production and operational handover.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience across Resiliency portfolios, including:
    • Data Protection and Backup & Recovery
    • Business Continuity
    • Disaster Recovery
  • Strong understanding of the wider IT landscape including Network, Storage, Compute and Replication.
  • Strong understanding of physical and logical isolation and their role in resilience and security.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security regulations such as DORA, NIS2, and other relevant EMEA regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of operating models and their application in complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of application dependency analysis within complex IT environments.
  • Strong understanding of recovery automation and its role in operational resilience.
  • Advanced customer communication skills, demonstrating strong stakeholder awareness and the ability to influence decisions, align priorities, and drive outcomes.
  • Advanced writing skills with proven capability to develop clear, accurate, and customer‑ready process documentation.
  • Understand the application of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in Consulting Delivery.
  • 8-10+ years’ experience with the above.
  • Experience in implementing or assessing physical and logical isolation across infrastructure, networks, applications, or environments.
  • Good understanding of isolation concepts such as network segmentation, environment separation, and infrastructure independence.
  • Good understanding of target operating model (TOM) design, including governance, processes, and capabilities.
  • Experience working with or designing current‑state and target operating models.
  • Experience identifying, analysing, and documenting application and system dependencies.
  • Good understanding of logical and physical application dependencies across platforms and services.
  • Experience designing and implementing automated recovery solutions for infrastructure, applications, or platforms.
  • Good understanding of recovery automation techniques, including orchestration, scripting, and runbook automation.
  • Good understanding of the wider IT landscape including Backup/Recovery Architectures, Active Directory and Syslog.
  • Good understanding of TOGAF framework.
