Ventula Consulting is seeking an experienced Hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a major UK retailer's Technology & Change function. This role combines business analysis with operational change management in a complex environment, supporting governance and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a hybrid role, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently. Key tools include Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days a week on-site in Central London, offering a rate of £500 per day for an initial duration of 3 months.
