AI services.

AIcapability. Thebusinessisinvestingheavilyin

AI Engineer,youwillleadthedesign,development,deployment,andoptimisationofenterprise

AI technologies,helpingtodefinearchitecture,establish standards,andguidetheorganisations

Key Responsibilities Design,develop,anddeployadvanced

AIand Machine Learningsolutionstosolvecomplexbusinesschallenges . Leadthearchitectureandimplementationofproduction-grade

AIapplicationsusing

LLMs,RAG pipelines,AIAgents,andAzure

AI services. Providetechnicalleadershipacross

AI initiatives,ensuringsolutionsfollowbestpracticesforscalability,security,performance,and governance. Ownthefull

AIdevelopmentlifecycle,fromdiscoveryandproof-of-conceptthroughtoproductiondeploymentandbusinessadoption. Developandoptimise

AImodels,promptengineeringframeworks,vector databases,andretrievalsystems. Designandimplement

AIagentarchitectures,workflow automation,andAPIintegrations. Collaborate with Infrastructure and Engineeringteamstodeploy AIsolutionssecurelywithinenterpriseenvironments. Ensuresolutionsleverage Private Endpoints ,secure networking,identity management,and enterprise-gradegovernancecontrols. Establish monitoring,evaluation,andobservabilityframeworksfor

AIsystems,includinghallucinationdetection,modeldriftmonitoring,performance tracking,andcostoptimisation. Partnerwithoperationalandcommercialstakeholderstoidentifyhigh-value

AIopportunitiesanddefinebusinesscases. Measureandreporton

AIprojectoutcomes,includingefficiencygains,automation benefits,cost savings,andcustomerexperienceimprovements. Mentorandsupportothertechnicalteammembers,promoting

AIbestpracticesandknowledgesharingacrosstheorganisation. Contributetothedevelopmentoftheorganisations

AI strategy,roadmap,andfuturecapability. Required Experience Essential Significantcommercialexperiencein
