A well‑known global consulting, technology, and digital transformation organisation is looking to hire Oracle Fusion HCM Management Consultants to join its growing HR Transformation practice. This role is suited to experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professionals with a strong consulting background and the ability to lead work streams across large, complex HR transformation programmes. You will play a key role in shaping Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, leading client‑facing activity and supporting successful delivery across the full implementation lifecycle.
Keyresponsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM functional work streams across complex transformation programmes
- Own solution design and functional design activity for HR functions
- Lead business analysis, process analysis and requirements gathering
- Manage key client stakeholders and facilitate workshops
- Support full end‑to‑end implementation lifecycle delivery
- Identify and resolve complex delivery challenges using data‑led problem solving
- Provide guidance and support to Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Contribute to delivery planning, governance and project reporting
- In‑depth Oracle Fusion HCM knowledge across implementation and transformation programmes
- Strong Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion delivery experience across one or more functional areas
- Proven full end‑to‑end implementation lifecycle experience
- Experience leading functional work streams or significant delivery activity
- Strong functional design and solution design experience for HR functions
- Experience leading business analysis, process analysis and stakeholder workshop activity
- Ability to manage client stakeholders in large, complex organisations
- Consulting background with experience working in structured delivery environments
- Ability to guide junior team members and support delivery governance
- Public sector exposure
- Top 10 consulting experience
- Global programme experience
- HR or project management qualifications
- Experience working in matrix organisations
- Multi‑sector transformation experience
Candidates must either already hold SC clearance or be eligible to qualify for it. Candidates must also already have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available. Some travel will be required, with potential for international travel depending on the project.
