Location: Greater London

Sja's West is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first line support for the systems used by the SJA community. In this role, you will manage the IT Service Desk mailbox, ensure support requests are logged in the ticket system, and deliver timely updates to customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an IT support environment, basic IT knowledge, and be familiar with ITIL processes. Benefits include a competitive salary, a pension scheme, and access to various discounts.
