We are representing a research agency helping organisations better understand consumers, stakeholders, and wider public opinion. The agency combines quantitative and qualitative methods across a broad range of sectors, delivering robust insight supported by clear, actionable recommendations. By turning evidence into strategy, it helps clients identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer engagement, and enhance brand performance.

They are currently looking to bring on a Data & Operations Manager to work with research teams on domestic and international projects:

• Operational delivery includes scripting, data processing, reporting, automation tools, APIs, coordinating resources priorities allocation
• Identify risks early, manage dependencies, strengthen QA, governance, escalation, documentation, frameworks, resolve technical issues delivery
• Attend client meetings, engage senior stakeholders, translate technical issues into operational commercial impact, push back

• Experience in market research operations, large-scale quantitative programmes, stakeholder management, survey scripting and data tools
• Strong operational judgement, prioritisation, data wrangling, QA, and automation workflows using Python, SQL, APIs, tools
• Commercial awareness, efficient delivery, dashboards, reporting outputs, cross-tabs, SPSS, Q, Display
