Drive the ongoing maturity and performance of technology portfolio operations within Technology. As the Technical Operations Manager, you are the engine behind better planning, cleaner processes, and smarter ways of working, continuously raising the bar on how Technology delivers value to the business.

Your responsibilities

• Own technology portfolio operations: take end-to-end accountability for ongoing systems and processes within Technology, continuously raising their maturity, performance, and business value
• Deliver strategic planning and portfolio alignment: support quarterly and annual technology planning cycles, ensuring initiatives align to product and technology strategy and that capacity, priorities, and dependencies are visible and well-managed across the portfolios.
