Senior DevOps Engineer; Cloud Platform & Site Reliability

Requirements

• Career Stage:
  Senior Associate
• Demonstrable AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) expertise
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Git Lab CI and Bash/Python
• Orchestration and monitoring tools – Istio, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
• 4+ years in Dev Ops or Platform Engineering roles
• Proven experience building and operating cloud‑native platforms
• Strong communication, problem solving and collaboration skills
• (Desirable) Development experience in a major language (Java, C++, C# etc.)
• (Desirable) AWS certifications and financial services background

• We’re looking for a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to help drive innovation, implement modern Dev Ops practices, and contribute to the evolution of our cloud‑native infrastructure
• As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure and automation that powers our platforms:
• Automate full-stack infrastructure using Terraform and Git Lab
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git Lab CI to enable fast, secure, and reliable software delivery
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads using Amazon EKS and Istio Service Mesh for service discovery, traffic management, and observability
• Implement monitoring and alerting to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with development and business goals
• Continuously improve systems through automation, performance tuning, and process optimisation
• Contribute to our Dev Ops culture, sharing knowledge and best practices across the team
