As an Engineering Lead, you will drive technical excellence by spending 80% of your time coding and 20% leading a high-performing squad of 4-6 engineers. You’ll design scalable backend systems in Node.js/Type Script or Go, handle massive event volumes, and collaborate directly with customers to shape the future of GTM infrastructure.

London, UK (Hybrid) / Remote (UK, DE, PL, PT, IE)

• Build the infrastructure for a $130B market alongside leadership from Google Cloud and Snyk, operating with high autonomy and minimal process.
• Join a hyper-growth trajectory with 10x ARR growth in 24 months and $116M in funding from elite investors like GV and Redpoint.
• Enjoy a "builder-first" culture where engineers work directly with customers and hold an exceptionally high bar for craft and shipping speed.

• Design and evolve a technical architecture capable of processing over 250,000 events per minute on GCP and AWS.
• Contribute 80% of your time as a hands-on IC across the stack using Node.js, Type Script, Go, or React.
• Mentor and grow a focused team of 4-6 engineers, raising the technical bar and driving end-to-end feature delivery.

• Proven experience designing secure, reliable, and scalable backend systems at a high-growth SaaS or developer tools company.
• Deep technical expertise in Node.js/Type Script, Go, or React, with recent experience building in production cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
• Demonstrated aptitude for technical leadership and a passion for crafting products that delight users through rigorous engineering and attention to detail.
