Enterprise Data & Analytics - Analytics and Insights - Consultant

We are looking for experienced Strategy and AI leaders with strong commercial acumen, who understand AI technologies and can translate them into enterprise‑wide transformation.

You will lead engagements from strategy through to execution, enabling the shift toward AI‑enabled enterprises while contributing to the growth of our AI Strategy practice.

• Lead and contribute to scalable delivery: operate as a product owner, managing agile planning, governance, and execution to deliver cost‑effective, scalable analytics and BI products.
• Modernise data and platforms: provide advisory and hands‑on support for transforming legacy data platforms, including data engineering and platform configuration.
• Design and implement analytics products: translate business requirements into technical solutions that ensure scalability, robust data governance and optimal performance.
• Develop innovative solutions: create PoCs and MVPs for Data & AI solutions focusing on pipeline automation, ELT/ETL processes, and deployment through enterprise data platforms.
• Enable data‑driven insights: conduct data modelling best practices through schema design, semantic modelling and statistical analysis, and understand sector‑specific datasets and business processes to deliver actionable insights.
• Craft compelling user experiences: blend user‑centred design with storytelling to deliver impactful Gen AI/BI, Web Apps and data product interfaces, leveraging UI/UX design frameworks and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
• Measure the impact of AI: apply methodologies such as business KPI frameworks, performance analytics and graph analytics to implement, monitor and demonstrate the business value of AI‑infused products & insights.

• Business Development – contribute to proposals, RFP s, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution and client hosting at events.
• Internal Contribution – campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities) and offer development.
• Learning & Development – training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

We are looking for candidates who bring a combination of technical expertise, consultancy experience, and leadership skills to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate most or all of the following:

• Consulting Experience
  : currently working in a major consulting firm or in industry with a consulting background, with a solid foundation of technical expertise and project delivery experience.
• Comfortable managing stakeholders and working across various stages of end‑to‑end analytics / AI transformation or large‑scale deployments / technology implementation programmes.
• Demonstrate capability in agile methodologies and project governance tools and artefacts for product delivery.
• Ability to simplify the complex and tell stories to show outcomes as a product of business and technology transformation with data & AI.
• A passion that is contagious for your chosen industries.
• Analytical Skills – hands‑on experience in data modelling, statistical analysis, machine learning or advanced analytics with solid experience delivering best‑practice data models within an organisation.
• Proficient in using frontend BI tools to create dashboards and interactive visual reports (such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or Looker).
• Analytics technologies – hands‑on experience in at least two of the following:
  Power Platform (focus on Power Apps – Canvas and Model‑Driven – and Dataverse), programming languages such as Python, R or SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), enterprise data solutions (Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica).
