Business and functional analysis having good understanding of Servicenow IRM designs and manages product roadmaps for IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Bridges business risk requirements with technical execution, translating regulatory needs into standardized Service Now control frameworks, automated compliance indicators, and risk mitigation workflows.

Expertise: 3–5+ years in GRC, IT Risk Management, or Internal Controls (Audit).

Platform Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with Service Now Integrated Risk Management (IRM) or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications.

Technical Acumen:
Understanding of Service Now architecture, data structures, and configuration versus customization best practices.

Regulatory Fluency:
Deep familiarity with common security frameworks, risk methodologies, and audit requirements.
