This role involves working across departments to streamline processes, manage systems, and help drive technology-based solutions that improve business efficiency. You’ll act as a key link between business teams and developers, ensuring that operational needs are clearly translated into actionable technical requirements.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who is tech‑savvy, resourceful, and comfortable working across both people and platforms.

• Work with cross‑functional teams to understand workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Map and document processes; propose and implement improvements using technology.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable requests for developers.
• Oversee the configuration and ongoing maintenance of business‑critical systems.
• Support systems integration, automation, and the implementation of new tools or platforms.
• Support process improvement by recommending ways to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, or speed up workflows.
• Track projects and actions to ensure operational improvements are delivered.
• Document processes and procedures so teams have clear guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of software licences, platforms, and system documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT providers or development teams for more complex needs or projects.

• 3+ years in an operations or business analyst role (or similar).
• Strong technical understanding of software platforms, integrations, and process automation.
• Able to confidently communicate with both technical teams (developers) and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience gathering and translating requirements.
• Proven ability to gather and communicate technical requirements between teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with automation tools, low‑code/no‑code platforms, or basic scripting.
• Development experience or working knowledge of APIs and databases.
