We are partnering with a leading international insurance organisation seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join their growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex application development, integration, and business‑critical technology projects within a large‑scale enterprise environment. You will be responsible for driving projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to business goal.

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT projects across multiple workstre
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependenc
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leaders
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance documentation, and report
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecy
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver successful business and technology outco
• Manage third‑party suppliers and delivery partn

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experi
• Proven delivery of large‑scale application development, systems integration, or technology transformation proj
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approa
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and project govern
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior execut
• Experience working within complex enterprise environm
• Strong understanding of software development and technology delivery lifecy
