SAP MFG​/SCM​/PP Lead

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Manufacturing / Supply Chain (SAP PP) Lead to join a Business & Technology Integration team on a high-profile programme. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering SAP PP processes and end-to-end solutions, working closely with stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

Clearance: BPSS required (must be eligible and willing to complete).

• Lead the requirements, analysis, design and implementation of the SAP PP best-practice solution.
• Own delivery across Detailed Design, Build, Test and Deploy for your SAP PP scope.
• Act as SAP PP subject matter expert, guiding solution decisions and ensuring quality outcomes.
• Lead and coordinate a delivery team, taking responsibility for team-level decisions and performance.
• Collaborate across multiple work streams to resolve issues, manage dependencies and support wider programme decisions.
• Run workshops and training sessions to drive adoption and upskill the team.
• Partner with the Development team to deliver RICEFW objects within your area.
• Work with the Data Migration team to support successful migration, cutover and deployment into the business.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to keep delivery aligned to project goal.

• Master-level proficiency in SAP PP with proven end-to-end implementation experience.
• Strong consulting skills: stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, clear communication and pragmatic problem solving.
• Experience leading teams and working across complex programmes with multiple dependencies.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating with development (RICEFW) and data migration workstream.
