THE OPPORTUNITY

Cyera is looking for an EMEA Field CTO to serve as the senior technical advocate and executive sponsor for our most strategic customers and highest-impact opportunities across the region.

This is a high-leverage, externally facing leadership role for someone who combines deep technical credibility, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to influence across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. You will operate at the intersection of customer strategy, technical execution, and company direction—helping Cyera win and expand its most important opportunities while shaping how the market understands our platform.

As EMEA Field CTO, you will engage directly with major enterprise customers and prospects, acting as a trusted technical executive in the moments that matter most: complex evaluations, strategic proof‑of‑value motions, transformational platform decisions, and large ARR opportunities where standard sales motions are not enough. You will identify the real technical and business blockers, elevate the quality of our technical engagement, and ensure the voice of the customer is translated into meaningful action across Engineering and Product.

You will also play a central role in advancing Cyera’s position as an AI security company, helping shape our forward‑looking technical narrative, sharpening our AI security selling motion, and ensuring our customer‑facing messaging, content, and enablement stand up to deep technical scrutiny.

This role is based in EMEA and requires strong partnership with teams in Tel Aviv and across the global go‑to‑market organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Customer and Deal Leadership

  • Act as the senior technical executive sponsor for Cyera’s most strategic EMEA accounts and largest ARR opportunities.
  • Engage directly with executive and technical stakeholders at major enterprises to understand their long‑term priorities, not just their immediate evaluation criteria.
  • Help drive larger, more strategic platform wins by ensuring we position Cyera for durable customer value rather than narrow point solutions or short‑term technical wins.
  • Step into critical sales cycles, proof‑of‑value engagements, and major initiatives where deep technical leadership and executive influence are required to move the opportunity forward.
  • Help teams think beyond “how do we win this deal” to “how do we win the next 10 deals like it.”

Technical Advocacy and Product Influence

  • Serve as the bridge between strategic customer needs and Engineering, translating field insights into actionable product direction.
  • Advocate internally for the capabilities, integrations, workflows, and innovations required to win the market’s most demanding customers.
  • Bring structured, high‑signal input from flagship accounts into Product and Engineering discussions, especially where requirements are nuanced, forward‑looking, or not yet captured in standard field processes.
  • Partner closely with teams in Tel Aviv to drive tight execution on the company’s most important technical initiatives.

Elevating Technical Execution

  • Raise the bar on technical quality across major opportunities, customer engagements, and POVs.
  • Challenge teams to ask better questions, think creatively, and explore non‑obvious paths to value.
  • Help determine whether we are positioning the full platform effectively, aligning to customer architecture and business priorities, and building repeatable technical plays.
  • Improve the rigor and consistency of technical strategy in complex enterprise motions.
