Head of Technology, Data and Transformation

Salary: £104, per year

• We are looking for a Head of Technology, Data and Transformation with senior leadership experience in technology, digital, data or transformation within regulated, customer-facing environments.
• We need someone with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale technology or business change.
• We require strong experience across technology operations, cloud technologies, enterprise platforms, cyber security and governance.
• We are looking for expertise in data governance, analytics and reporting.
• We need a good understanding of data platforms and business intelligence solutions.

• We will rely on you to provide multi-disciplinary leadership for teams covering service delivery, infrastructure, applications, data and analytics, project delivery and change.
• You will shape how technology, data and transformation help us achieve our strategic objectives.
• You will develop and deliver a forward-looking digital, data and technology strategy.
• You will foster a culture of innovation, improvement and accountability.
