Product Data Scientist (AI-Native Products) – Senior / Staff Level

, where your insights will directly influence product direction and user experience.

You’ll sit at the centre of a growing analytics function, acting as a hub across multiple product areas
, shaping how the business understands and improves AI-driven conversations at scale.

• Analyse high-volume text and conversation data to uncover meaningful patterns and user behaviours
• Apply semantic analysis and NLP techniques to improve product performance and user experience
• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to translate insights into actionable decisions
• Build scalable data pipelines and analytical frameworks using Python and SQL
• Take ownership of end-to-end analysis – from problem definition to recommendations and impact
• Influence product direction through insight-led, exploratory analysis

• Proven experience working with large-scale text or conversational datasets (essential)
• Strong background in semantic analysis / NLP (required)
• Advanced Python and SQL skills, including building data pipelines
• Experience collaborating with product teams and driving real business impact from data
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, exploratory environments
• Track record of owning projects end-to-end

• Experience with dbt or modern data stack tools
• Background in AI-first, messaging, or text-heavy platforms
• Exposure to non-tabular / unstructured data environments
