Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements- Strong hands‑on experience implementing Amazon Connect across IVR, routing, CTI, and CRM integrations
- Experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Cloud Watch
- Experience with Amazon Lex, AI/ML services, and LLM integrations
- Proficiency in Type Script and modern JavaScript development
- Experience with CI/CD, Dev Ops, and serverless architecture
- Ability to build scalable, resilient, and secure contact centre solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience providing production support
- AWS certifications are highly desirable
- We will build and enhance cloud contact centre capabilities using modern AWS technologies
- We will deliver Amazon Connect solutions across IVR, routing, CTI, and CRM integrations
- We will develop serverless components using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Cloud Watch
- We will integrate AI‑enabled capabilities using Amazon Lex, AI/ML services, and LLMs
- We will write and maintain Type Script and modern JavaScript code
- We will support CI/CD and Dev Ops practices for reliable delivery
- We will design scalable, resilient, and secure contact centre solutions
- We will engage with stakeholders and provide production support as needed

We are a major enterprise environment building and enhancing modern cloud contact centre capabilities with AWS technologies. This is a 6-month contract role with a strong day rate on offer and hybrid working, with 1 day per week onsite. We offer the opportunity to work on AI‑enabled customer platforms and avoid legacy call centre systems, within a team focused on modern delivery and scalable solutions.
