SAP HANA Specialist; SD​/MM​/O2C

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

• We require 10+ years of SAP functional experience in S/4
  
  HANA SD/MM/LE with strong Order-to-Cash expertise.
• We require hands‑on experience with SAP EWM, including inbound and outbound operations.
• We require proven experience supporting retail, fashion, DTC, or consumer goods environments.
• We require experience with multi‑country European deployments, including pricing, VAT, and currency handling.
• We require strong SAP SD expertise covering pricing, ATP/aATP, delivery, billing, returns, and credit management.
• We require SAP MM/LE knowledge for O2C‑related stock movements and logistics execution.
• We require SAP CAR process knowledge, including POSDTA, real‑time inventory, and OAA concepts.
• We require strong IDoc experience, including ORDERS, DESADV, INVRPT, MBGMCR, and WPUUMS.
• We require CPI/BTP integration monitoring and basic debugging skills.
• We require at least 2 full lifecycle S/4
  
  HANA implementation projects.
• We require deep expertise in retail and DTC e‑commerce flows.
• We require experience writing functional specifications, test scripts, data validation, and BPML.
• We require strong understanding of multi‑market localisation, including pricing, VAT, and currency.
• We require comfort working with ABAP and WRICEF teams.

• We own the design, stability, and optimisation of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Order-to-Cash processes across SD, MM, LE, and EWM.
• We configure pricing, ATP/aATP, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, credit management, and intercompany flows.
• We ensure accurate tax, VAT, currency handling, and country localisation across the EMEA region.
• We support SAP to Magento flows for catalogue, pricing, stock, orders, cancellations, refunds, and returns.
• We manage SAP to Tradebyte integrations for marketplaces such as Zalando, Rakuten, and future ASOS integrations.
• We ensure Cegid POS sales transactions and stock corrections post accurately into SAP and SAP CAR.
• We support warehouse operations across EMEA, including inbound, outbound, ASN, picking, packing, and shipping.
• We support CAR processes including POSDTA, stock availability, sales audit, and inventory reconciliation.
• We ensure real‑time alignment across SAP, CAR, POS, warehouses, and e‑commerce or marketplace channels.
• We maintain DQ rules to ensure movement consistency and stock accuracy.
• We monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IDoc errors including ORDERS, DESADV, INVRPT, MBGMCR, INVOIC, and WPUUMS.
• We work with CPI/BTP teams to improve mapping logic, error handling, and partner integrations.
