IT Field Service Engineer​/IT Technician​/IT Support

Salary: £24,000 - 24,000 per year

• We require a full valid UK driving licence and access to a personal car with business insurance.
• We require proof of the right to work in the UK.
• We require willingness to undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.
• We require the ability to resolve hardware issues and basic software problems.
• We require the ability to build PCs, including operating systems and required software, and deploy desktop and laptop devices.
• We prefer candidates with field service or IT hardware support experience.
• We are seeking candidates who can work permanently based in Glasgow and cover a geographic service area across the UK.

• We provide maintenance and support for field-based clients.
• We deliver on-site support for client IT hardware devices.
• We cover a geographic area and respond to tickets with an average travel time of around 30 minutes nationally.
• We build, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop PCs with the required operating systems and software.
• We troubleshoot and resolve hardware faults and basic software issues.
• We support customers in a professional, timely, and service-focused manner.

This role is based in Glasgow on a full-time permanent basis, with a salary of £24,600 to £27,700 depending on experience, plus a car allowance, fuel card, and additional benefits.
