As a Senior Associate in L.E.K.’s Digital Data & AI team, you will help redefine how case teams and clients leverage analytics and technology to solve complex challenges and transformations. This role blends L.E.K.’s analytical rigor with emerging Digital and AI capabilities to deliver smarter, faster, and more scalable insights.

• Deliver project modules that apply and advance digital and analytical techniques.
• Support case teams in identifying the right questions, selecting appropriate data, digital and AI-enabled approaches, and executing analyses that accelerate insight development.
• Collaborate with consultants to align digital solutions with project objectives.
• Apply knowledge of digital, data and AI practices, including proper handling, documentation, and governance of data and models.
• Contribute to the sales process, including proposals, workshops, and materials that showcase L.E.K.’s digital data & AI capabilities.
• Support team capability building, internal training materials, and awareness initiatives.
• Invest in your own development, supported by senior sponsorship and dedicated time and resources to pursue personal growth goals.

• Understanding of structured problem solving and analytical approaches.

• Understanding of data governance principles (e.g., data lineage, responsible data use).
• Understanding of how digital and analytical methods support consulting work.
