Salary: £26,998 - 27,000 per year
Requirements- Experience working in a customer-facing IT support environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft environments and desktop systems.
- Awareness of IT service processes and service level standards.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Provide on-site IT support to customers across multiple locations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues across desktops, laptops and printers.
- Resolve operating system and software application issues.
- Support mobile devices, including setup and troubleshooting.
- Set up and maintain desk environments including monitors and docking stations.
- Record and manage support requests in line with service standards.
- Escalate complex issues to specialist teams where needed.
- Support installations, upgrades and deployments of desktop equipment.
- Work closely with users and third-party suppliers to resolve incidents.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and improving support processes.
