Job Title: Service Now Technical Architect Manager / Associate Manager

Location: London, Manchester or Edinburgh

Level: Manager & Associate Manager

Salary: Competitive Salary & Package (Dependent on Experience)

• Understand business challenges and architect system solutions with Service Now.
• Work with global clients across industries in a trusted advisor capacity to design and deliver new solutions for our clients.
• Provide leadership and technical design authority oversight on critical Service Now programs at Fortune 500 clients.
• Demonstrate ability to influence and consult, providing options with pros, cons and risks while delivering thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
• Continuously learn and pursue new certifications such as Certified Master Architect.
• Seek information about new Service Now applications and stay up to date on the latest offerings.
• Access robust training and certification opportunities as a member of the Service Now Business Group.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and work internally with the Service Now account teams to progress.
• Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Manage and lead teams of Service Now Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
• Maintain process orientation and prefer order over chaos.
• Be comfortable asking for help from peers and Subject Matter Experts when needed.
• Have a strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.

• Knowledge and experience working with Service Now in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
• Experience leading teams of Service Now Developers as a technical manager and mentor by implementing quality standards such as code and architectural reviews.
• Minimum 5+ Service Now CIS certifications.
• Experience with 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
• Advanced scripting and integration skills in JavaScript, SQL, and API Web Services.
• Experience integrating Service Now with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Security clearance desirable; or ability to obtain SC clearance required.
